About The Position

Bridge Senior Living is seeking a charismatic, service-focused Hospitality Director to lead the overall hospitality experience within an Independent Living community. The director is a visible, engaged leader who elevates residents’ day-to-day experiences by cultivating a welcoming environment, building meaningful relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The role leads and develops the Concierge team and partners with other departments to provide a seamless resident experience. Senior living experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

2–3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, customer experience, service operations, senior living, hotel management, or a related field.
Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
A charismatic, polished, and approachable leadership style.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for creating meaningful experiences and building relationships.

Nice To Haves

Senior living experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Concierge team while promoting a culture of exceptional service.
Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents.
Partner with housekeeping, life engagement, transportation, and other departments to provide a seamless resident experience.
Listen to resident feedback and identify opportunities to enhance services, programs, and experiences.
Champion new ideas and innovative approaches to hospitality and resident engagement.
Maintain high standards for professionalism, presentation, and first impressions.
Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, families, and associates.
Support the organization's mission, values, and commitment to service excellence.
