About The Position

4Leaf Services is a new freight brokerage seeking self-sufficient independent agents. The company provides brokerage authority, a bond, customer-required cargo and liability insurance, back-office support, and software. Agents operate their businesses independently and manage the complete load lifecycle, from pricing and booking through tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload. Agents maintain and grow their existing direct-shipper relationships. The role is remote and structured as a 1099 contractor position.

Requirements

• Have at least one active direct-shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• Have at least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, or 2 or more years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales experience with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.
• Be able to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously; no training is provided.
• Own a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and have access to high-speed internet.
• Legally reside and operate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle, including pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
