About The Position

4Leaf Services is a new freight brokerage seeking experienced, self-sufficient independent agents. Agents operate their own business on a cradle-to-grave basis, maintaining and growing direct-shipper relationships and managing the complete load lifecycle. The company provides brokerage authority, a bond, customer-required cargo and liability insurance, back-office support, and software. Agents have access to an open customer list without internal account competition and are not subject to close oversight. This is a 1099 contractor role without standard W-2 benefits such as health insurance or paid time off.

Requirements

• Must have at least one active direct-shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• At least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, or 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.
• Must be able to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously; no training is provided.
• Must own a reliable computer, dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.
• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle, including pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
