About The Position

4Leaf Services is a new freight brokerage seeking experienced, self-sufficient independent agents. Agents operate their own businesses with an open customer list and no internal account competition. The company provides its brokerage authority, bond, customer-required cargo and liability insurance, back-office support, and software. This is a cradle-to-grave role in which agents maintain and grow direct-shipper relationships and manage the complete load lifecycle. The role is performed as a 1099 contractor; standard W-2 benefits such as health insurance and PTO are not provided.

Requirements

• Have at least one active direct-shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• Have at least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, or 2 or more years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.
• Be able to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously; no training is provided.
• Own a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.
• Legally reside and operate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle, including pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
