About The Position

4Leaf Services is a new freight brokerage seeking self-sufficient independent freight agents. Agents can bring their existing direct-shipper accounts and manage them without internal account competition or territory conflicts. The company provides its brokerage authority, bond, customer-required cargo and liability insurance, back-office support, and software. This is a cradle-to-grave role in which the agent operates their own business and manages the complete load lifecycle. The position is a 1099 contractor role and does not include standard W-2 benefits such as health insurance or PTO.

Requirements

• Have at least one active direct-shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• Have at least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, or at least 2 years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales experience with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.
• Be able to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously; no training is provided.
• Own a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and have high-speed internet access.
• Legally reside and operate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle, including pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
