About The Position

Linnworks is hiring an entry-level Inbound BDR to serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads at its international SaaS business. The BDR responds to demo requests, content downloads, and pricing inquiries, qualifies prospects, personalizes conversations, and books qualified meetings for Account Executives. AI is part of the daily workflow for researching accounts, drafting outreach, summarizing calls, and sharing effective practices. Performance is measured by qualified meetings booked, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, speed-to-lead, activity quality, and CRM hygiene. The work is fast-paced and includes regular call reviews, direct coaching, and the need to respond resiliently to rejection.
