About The Position

Syncro is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on IT departments to generate high-quality pipeline for its sales team. The role involves researching target accounts, identifying IT decision-makers and buying groups, and using multichannel outreach to develop conversations, qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue. The BDR will work with small and mid-sized businesses and partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership on outbound, signal-based plays, and account-based motions. Syncro is a remote-first B2B SaaS company offering a unified IT management platform for managing tickets, devices, billing, and automation. The company is expanding its focus from MSPs to IT departments at growing mid-market companies. The role is part of a new, high-visibility Internal IT motion, with a close connection between the BDR’s work and pipeline, revenue, and go-to-market strategy. There is an opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role over time. The interview process includes an initial Zoom call with HR, a sales interview, a team interview, and an executive interview. A final live, in-person interview is required, with travel paid by Syncro. Successful candidates undergo background and identity screening during onboarding.
