About The Position

Syncro is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on IT departments to generate high-quality pipeline for its sales team. The role owns outbound execution across target accounts, turning strategic outreach into conversations, pipeline, and revenue. The BDR researches accounts, identifies relevant IT personas and buying groups, and uses multichannel, signal-based, and account-based outreach to secure qualified meetings with small and mid-sized businesses. The role works closely with Account Executives (AEs), Marketing, and Sales Leadership. Syncro is a remote-first B2B SaaS company that provides a unified IT management platform for managing tickets, devices, billing, and automation. It has historically focused on Managed Services Providers (MSPs) and is investing in serving IT departments at growing mid-market companies. The company emphasizes customer success, agility, results, open collaboration, integrity, and celebrating wins. This is a high-visibility role in a new Internal IT sales motion, with a direct connection between the BDR’s work and pipeline, revenue, and go-to-market strategy. The role offers close partnership with the GTM team and potential to grow into an Account Executive role over time.
