About The Position
The In Room Dining Server delivers Room Service orders promptly and helps ensure guests have an outstanding in-room dining experience. The role includes preparing and presenting meals before delivery, responding attentively to guest needs, and supporting Room Service operations. Servers bring friendly, thoughtful service to guests at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection, part of PCH Hotels & Resorts.
Responsibilities
- Approach each delivery with a warm, positive attitude and help guests enjoy a seamless in-room dining experience.
- Promptly deliver Room Service orders to guest rooms and ensure items meet presentation standards.
- Garnish and decorate dishes, brew coffee, toss salads, and portion desserts.
- Respond to guests' needs during delivery, address requests, and provide friendly service.
- Complete side work tasks supporting Room Service operations and assist team members as needed.
