About The Position
The In-Room Dining Server at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection, delivers Room Service orders promptly and helps ensure guests have an outstanding in-room dining experience. The role includes preparing and presenting dishes before delivery, responding to guest requests, and providing warm, attentive service. The server also completes side work and supports other team members as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Room Service orders promptly to guest rooms and ensure items meet presentation standards.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless, attentive in-room dining experience.
- Garnish and decorate dishes, brew coffee, toss salads, and portion desserts before delivery.
- Respond to guest needs and requests during delivery.
- Complete side work and assist team members to support Room Service operations.
