About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an In Room Dining Server to join its In-Casita Dining team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests in their casitas and villas. The role provides personalized food and beverage service, anticipates guest needs, and ensures orders are delivered accurately, professionally, and with care. The position is suited to a hospitality-focused individual who enjoys working in a luxury environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous Food & Beverage experience is required.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn menu offerings and confidently describe food and beverage items to guests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and peak business periods.
• Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

• Luxury hotel or resort experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones with courteous and professional Four Seasons etiquette and gather the information needed to process guest orders accurately.
• Know food and beverage offerings, including menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations, and describe them confidently to guests.
• Enter orders, special requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions accurately and efficiently into the point-of-sale system.
• Communicate guest needs and special requests to Culinary and other resort departments.
• Deliver food, beverages, amenities, and special requests to guest rooms and villas while meeting presentation and service standards.
• Verify orders for accuracy before delivery.
• Greet guests professionally and describe menu items and amenities.
• Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, personalized experiences.
• Respond to tray retrieval requests within established service standards.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of room-service stations, tray setups, amenities, side stations, dishware, flatware, and service equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout each shift.
• Promote a positive team environment and support resort-wide service initiatives.
