About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead is seeking a part-time In-Room Dining Server to join its In-Room Dining Team. The server delivers food and beverage orders while creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, proactive service. The role includes preparing trays and tables, assisting with order taking, delivering orders to guest and meeting rooms, processing guest payments, and following applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and look for ways to make each meal experience special.
• Set up room-service trays and tables in advance to support timely delivery.
• Assist with taking orders and respond to room-service phone calls.
• Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver them to guest rooms or meeting rooms.
• Present checks, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
