About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is a vacation ownership and travel membership company with resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands. The In House Marketing Coordinator works in person with guests checking into resorts, scheduling them to meet with member services about an owner update and workshop, and may offer gifts for participating. The coordinator partners with resort staff to obtain guest arrival sheets and distributes parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures. The role is expected to meet weekly production standards and work collaboratively in a shared space.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Maintain production standards.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of sales and/or marketing experience; preferred but not required.
• College degree.

Responsibilities

• Market in person to guests checking into resorts.
• Schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• Offer gifts to guests for participating in the update, as appropriate.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests expected to check in during the shift.
• Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to guests.
• Meet production standards on a weekly basis.
