About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In House Marketing Coordinator to welcome resort guests and connect them with member services for an owner update and workshop. The role involves working in person with guests checking into resorts, coordinating with resort staff, and meeting weekly production standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
• Maintain production standards.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred, not required).
• College degree.

Responsibilities

• Market in person to guests checking into resorts.
• Schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• Offer gifts to guests for participating in the update, as applicable.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests expected to check in during the shift.
• Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to guests.
• Meet weekly production standards.
