About The Position

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a full-time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations and help bridge gaps in care. Physicians build trusted relationships with health plan members and provide flexible, comprehensive, and personalized evaluations in members’ homes. Visits last about 45 minutes and include a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and any additional diagnostic tests ordered by the person’s health plan, such as diabetic eye exams or spirometry. Physicians use an iPad and a clinical workflow. They are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or change a member’s current treatment regimen. The role may also include virtual visits and local travel within licensed states. The primary workplace is members’ private residences, which may have pets, secondhand smoke, airborne allergens, or other irritants. The position is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The typical pay range is $110 per hour.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in the coverage area(s).
Ability to comfortably and safely perform duties in members’ homes, which may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, airborne allergens, or other irritants.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home health evaluations and build trusted relationships with health plan members.
Review members’ medications and medical histories and conduct physical evaluations.

Use an iPad and the clinical workflow for each evaluation.
