About The Position

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a part-time physician to provide in-home health evaluations and help bridge gaps in care. Physicians conduct approximately 45-minute visits in health plan members’ homes, reviewing medications and medical history, performing a physical evaluation, answering health questions, and completing additional diagnostic tests when ordered by the member’s health plan. Physicians use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow. They are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or change members’ current treatment regimens. The role includes local and in-state travel as needed and virtual visits as needed. The primary workplace is members’ private residences, which may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, or other airborne allergens or irritants. The position is part time, with 29.5 anticipated weekly hours. The stated pay range is $105.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted physician license(s) in the coverage area(s).
• Ability to comfortably and safely perform duties in members’ homes, which may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews and physical evaluations.
• Answer members’ health questions and help connect them with appropriate care.
• Complete additional diagnostic and preventive services when indicated, such as spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screening.
• Use an iPad and the clinical workflow for each evaluation.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
