About The Position

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a part-time physician to provide in-home health evaluations and help bridge gaps in care. Physicians conduct visits of approximately 45 minutes, connecting one-on-one with health plan members to answer health questions, review medication and medical history, and complete a physical evaluation. Additional diagnostic tests may be provided when ordered by the member’s health plan. Clinicians use an iPad and a clinical workflow and are not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens.

The role includes locally traveling and traveling within licensed states as needed, conducting virtual visits as needed, and providing Signify Health services, including diagnostic and preventive services such as spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screenings. The primary workplace is members’ private residences, which may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, or other airborne allergens or irritants. The anticipated schedule is 29.5 hours per week. The stated pay range is $100.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted physician license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Ability to comfortably and safely perform duties in members’ homes, which may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, or other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

Responsibilities
