About The Position

SAS Home Solutions is hiring an In-Home Design Consultant to help homeowners choose bathroom remodeling solutions. The consultant meets with homeowners at pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments, designs customized projects using the company’s sales platform, presents solutions and pricing, and guides customers through the purchasing process. This performance-driven role offers a $500 weekly base pay ($26,000 annually) plus uncapped commissions, with expected earnings of $80,000–$150,000 or more per year. The company provides leads, paid sales training, coaching, tools, and support. The role is full-time, in person, and has a flexible schedule.
