About The Position

Re-Bath is hiring an In-Home Design Consultant to sell bathroom remodeling solutions throughout Southeast Michigan. The role is suited to a motivated, self-driven sales professional who can guide customers through major purchasing decisions and build trust through strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Re-Bath provides full schedules, qualified leads, and support, as well as an uncapped commission structure with annual earning potential of $150,000–$300,000+. The position is full-time, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and flexible appointment hours that include some weekday evenings. The consultant travels throughout Southeast Michigan and must be able to relocate there if needed. A clean driving record and background are required.

Requirements

• Ability to confidently guide customers through a major purchasing decision.
• Strong work ethic and desire to maximize earning potential.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Southeast Michigan.
• Clean driving record and background.
• Must be able to relocate to Southeast Michigan if needed.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Previous in-home sales or design experience is a major plus.
