About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to help patients remain independent and live safely in their own homes. Prior experience is not required. The company provides paid, in-office training, and pay is based on certifications and experience. Flexible scheduling is available, with an additional $1 to $4 per hour on select shifts. Eligible employees may receive a $250 sign-on bonus in two $125 installments, subject to working at least 20 hours per week during each applicable pay period. Daily Pay is also offered, allowing employees to receive pay the day after working.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check as required by the state.
- Pass a drug screen as required by the state.
- At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, clean meal-preparation areas, and help patients eat as needed and applicable.
- Provide personal care, including tub, shower, or bed baths; assistance with dressing and grooming; and denture and skin care.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing and putting away dishes.
- Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry, and use a laundromat if needed.
- Assist with errands such as grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, and visiting the post office.
- Be reliable and dependable, arrive on time, and maintain good attendance.
