Soda Springs In Home Caregiver 250 Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking caregivers to serve patients in the Soda Springs and Preston areas. Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants help patients remain independent and safe in their own homes. Prior experience is not required; the company provides paid, in-office training. Pay is based on certifications and experience, and scheduling is flexible. Eligible employees may receive a $250 sign-on bonus in two $125 installments, subject to working at least 20 hours per week during each applicable pay period. Select shifts offer an additional $1 to $4 per hour in shift differentials. Daily Pay is available, allowing employees to receive pay the day after working.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check as required by state regulations.
- Be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving meals, cleaning meal preparation areas, and helping patients eat as needed.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, denture care, and skin care.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing and putting away dishes.
- Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry; use a laundromat if needed.
- Run errands, including grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, and going to the post office.
- Be reliable, dependable, punctual, and rarely absent from work.
