Buhl In Home Caregiver 250 Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking caregivers in the Buhl area to provide reliable, high-quality care that helps patients remain safe and independent in their own homes. Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants are vital to the services delivered. Prior experience is not required; the company provides paid, in-office training. Pay is based on certifications and experience, and flexible scheduling is offered. Eligible employees may receive a $250 sign-on bonus in two $125 installments, subject to working at least 20 hours per week during each applicable pay period. Select shifts offer an additional $1 to $4 per hour in shift differentials. Daily Pay is available, allowing employees to receive pay the day after working.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check in accordance with state requirements.
- Be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, clean meal preparation areas, and help patients eat as needed and applicable.
- Provide personal care, including baths, dressing, grooming, denture care, and skin care.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing and putting away dishes.
- Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry; perform laundry at a laundromat if needed.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, and visiting the post office.
- Be reliable and dependable, arrive on time, and rarely be absent from work.
