About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and individuals, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life. No prior caregiving experience is required; paid training and ongoing guidance are provided. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends. Pay starts at $15–$17 per hour, with weekly direct deposit and opportunities for advancement and additional incentive earnings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license or valid photo ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance if driving a vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all employment requirements.
• Smartphone with access to email and the internet.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards.
• Dependability, eagerness to learn, and willingness to grow with the company.
• Treat clients and their families with respect; accept coaching; communicate well with clients and the team; and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Willingness to help when additional coverage is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Transport clients when needed.
