About The Position

Care Providers of Wilmington is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care to patients throughout southeastern North Carolina, including Duplin, New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, and Onslow Counties. Caregivers help enhance clients’ lives through hands-on personal care and companionship. Schedules may include short or long shifts, mornings, evenings, or weekends. The company values candidates with at least one year of senior-care experience and offers comprehensive training for people new to home care.

Requirements

• Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); the posting welcomes both.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, fall prevention, mobility, bed-bound care, meal preparation, and safety supervision.
• Provide companionship and cognitive support to clients living with dementia through conversation, activity planning, and gentle redirection when needed.
