About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking dependable, patient caregivers and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. The role helps clients remain comfortable and independent in their homes by supporting everyday activities and providing companionship. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a pay range of $16.00–$19.00 per hour and bi-weekly pay.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help clients with mobility and transfers.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping related to care.
Assist with activities of daily living.
