About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and individuals in Walnutport and Schnecksville, Pennsylvania. The role helps clients maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life. Applicants may be new to caregiving; paid training and ongoing guidance are provided. The position offers flexible full-time and part-time scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities for advancement and pay increases as caregivers gain experience and demonstrate commitment and reliability.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license or valid photo ID.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have current auto insurance if driving a vehicle.
• Pass a background check and meet all employment requirements.
• Have a smartphone with access to email and the internet.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards.
• Be dependable, eager to learn, and willing to grow with the company.
• Communicate well with clients and the team, treat clients and families respectfully, and be willing to accept coaching and help when additional coverage is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Transport clients if needed.
