About The Position

Thrive USA Home Care seeks Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants to assist clients with daily activities in the company’s service areas. Caregivers deliver services outlined in person-centered service plans, which may include ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation. Caregivers must be available to cover weekly shifts and willing to drive throughout the service area. The employer may add service locations as it expands. The role offers flexible scheduling and pays $21–$22 per hour. Candidates must meet the listed work authorization, age, background check, education, certification, testing, transportation, communication, documentation, and physical ability requirements. Necessary personal protective equipment is provided.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must pass a background check.
High school degree or GED required.
Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
TB/PPD test required.
Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance required.
Must be able to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time.
Must be able to travel within the service areas.
Must be able to give and receive information orally, electronically, and over the phone.
Must be able to adequately document care plans in the patient care portal.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
