About The Position

Thrive USA Home Care seeks Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants to assist clients with daily activities in its service areas. Caregivers deliver services outlined in person-centered service plans, which may include ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation. The role requires availability to cover weekly shifts and travel throughout the service area. Additional locations may be added as the company expands. The position pays $21–$22 per hour. Caregivers are provided with necessary personal protective equipment for work in COVID-free households.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a background check.
High school degree or GED required.
Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
TB/PPD test required.
Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance required.
Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time.
Ability to travel within the service areas.
Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically, and over the phone.
Must be able to adequately document care plans in the patient care portal.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability is a plus.
