About The Position

Thrive USA Home Care seeks Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants to assist clients with daily activities in its service areas. The role offers flexibility to work as little or as much as desired and requires availability to cover weekly shifts throughout the service area. Care is delivered according to person-centered service plans and may include ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation. The position pays $21–$22 per hour. Necessary personal protective equipment is provided for work in COVID-free households.

Requirements

Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 18 years old.
Pass a background check.
Have a high school degree or GED.
Have current CPR and First Aid certification.
Complete a TB/PPD test.
Have a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and current insurance.
Be able to handle the physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time.
Be able to travel within the service areas.
Be able to give and receive information orally, electronically, and over the phone.
Be able to adequately document care plans in the patient care portal.

Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

Be available to cover weekly shifts.
Drive throughout the service area to cover shifts; additional locations may be added as the company expands.
