About The Position

Thrive USA Home Care seeks Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to assist clients with daily activities in its service areas. Caregivers provide services according to person-centered service plans, including help with ambulation and transfers, bathing, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation. The role requires availability to cover weekly shifts and willingness to drive throughout the service area. Additional service locations may be added as the company expands. The posting describes flexible work availability and says employees may become part-time or full-time W-2 employees upon review. The company provides necessary personal protective equipment.

Requirements

Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 18 years old.
Pass a background check.
Have a high school degree or GED.
Hold current CPR and First Aid certification.
Complete a TB/PPD test.
Have a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and current insurance.
Be able to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time.
Be able to travel within the service areas.
Be able to give and receive information orally, electronically, and over the phone.
Be able to adequately document care plans in the patient care portal.

Bilingual ability.
