About The Position

Thrive USA Home Care seeks Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants to assist clients with daily activities in its service areas. Care is delivered according to person-centered service plans and may include ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation. Caregivers must be available to cover weekly shifts and willing to drive throughout the service area, which may expand. The posting offers flexible work volume and states that caregivers may become part-time or full-time W-2 employees upon review. The company provides necessary PPE for work in COVID-free households.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must pass a background check.
High school degree or GED required.
Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
TB/PPD test required.
Valid driver's license, vehicle, and current insurance required.
Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time.
Ability to travel within the service areas.
Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically, and over the phone.
Must be able to adequately document care plans in the patient care portal.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability is a plus.
