About The Position

Senior Solutions Home Care is hiring in-home caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in their own homes in Lebanon, Tennessee. The role provides one-on-one care to help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. The employer provides paid training and support, including required online training during the first 30 days and additional training or certifications based on location. Eligible caregivers may pursue NADSP E-Badge DSP I, II, and III credentials and may earn up to $4,150 in program bonuses, subject to bonus requirements. Schedules are flexible and may be full-time, part-time, or PRN. Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours, with assignments involving one or multiple clients. Schedules are shaped by client needs, caregiver availability and location, and willingness to travel, and may change as client needs change. Pay starts at $14 per hour, with additional premiums potentially available for eligible caregivers and assignments.

Requirements

Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
A second acceptable form of employment eligibility identification.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties.
Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening.
Strong communication skills.
Work or activity history accounting for the past five years.
Three references, including one person who has known the applicant for at least five years; email addresses are required.

Nice To Haves

Car insurance is preferred.
Active Tennessee CNA certification may qualify eligible caregivers for a $1-per-hour CNA premium.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, changing, toileting, and grooming.
Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
Do laundry and provide medication reminders.
Perform transfers and other authorized care tasks.
Provide transportation and run errands when needed and authorized.
