About The Position

Fora is hiring an Implementation Specialist for its RevOps & Martech team to adapt the company’s core go-to-market operations stack for new markets and business lines, including the UK and Cruises, and keep those systems operating day to day. The role extends and localizes HubSpot, Hightouch, and related integrations while ensuring implementations fit Fora’s warehouse-first, one-system-of-record architecture rather than being handled as one-off solutions. The specialist will support non-US markets and business units, make hands-on HubSpot configuration changes, and lead cross-team tool migrations through to adoption. They will serve as the initial contact for market and business-unit requests involving access, migrations, or separate instances, working with GTM Operations and RevOps to assess requests. The role also includes enabling teams to use Hightouch, maintaining documentation, and establishing a standard intake process and repeatable implementation playbook. In the first six months, the specialist will build that playbook and always-on enablement documentation. The position offers hands-on use of frontier AI tools and practical experience applying AI to day-to-day work. This role is based in Fora’s New York City office in Tribeca/Fidi. No travel is required. The indicative compensation range is $110,000–$140,000 plus equity, with final compensation dependent on the level at which the candidate is hired and their experience. Full-time roles based in the New York City office require U.S. work authorization; Fora cannot sponsor or assist with U.S. work authorization.

  • Hands-on experience with Segment, Hightouch, or another composable CDP tool.

  • Drive tool migrations across teams and own adoption team by team through completion.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for market and business-unit requests for access, migrations, or separate instances; evaluate requests against the warehouse-first, one-system-of-record architecture in partnership with GTM Operations and RevOps.
