About The Position

Dominion Payroll is hiring an Implementation Specialist to guide new clients through the implementation process. The specialist serves as the main and single point of contact for new clients, builds customized payroll platforms in coordination with other services sold and relevant departments, and collects data to balance current-year payroll in the new system against previous quarterly and individual payroll information. The role also involves communicating implementation status with other departments and coordinating additional product setup. The position offers a targeted base salary range of $57,000 to $62,000 and may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits. The role can be performed from home two days a week.

Requirements

Two to three years of payroll experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
