About The Position

The Ingenious Med Implementation Consultant helps healthcare organizations improve physician and practice-team workflows for patient rounding, documentation, charge capture, billing, and related operations. This is a workflow-consulting and application-configuration role. The consultant leads customer discovery, translates operational needs into Ingenious Med configuration, prepares and trains users, supports go-live, and provides post-go-live optimization and advisory services. Success requires active listening, credibility with physicians, revenue-cycle knowledge, presentation skills, and the ability to build trust with clinical and operational leaders. The consultant works with physicians, practice leaders, administrators, billers, coders, and other stakeholders to understand current workflows and define practical future-state processes. They configure the customer’s Ingenious Med environment, validate requirements and readiness, support testing and approvals, and deliver audience-appropriate training. They participate in implementation milestones, go-live activities, issue triage, and stabilization, remotely or onsite as needed. After go-live, they assess adoption and operational performance and recommend targeted training, configuration changes, workflow improvements, or other services. The role collaborates with the Project Manager, who coordinates the overall plan and project communications, and the Integration Analyst, who owns interface design and technical HL7 work. The consultant provides workflow context and participates in end-to-end validation when interface behavior affects customer workflows. They maintain project records and manage multiple assignments, escalating scope, readiness, or timeline concerns promptly. This hybrid position is based at Ingenious Med’s headquarters at 400 Galleria Parkway SE in Atlanta, Georgia, with regular work-from-home flexibility. Travel is required based on customer implementation, training, and go-live needs. The salary target is $80,000–$85,000 annually, with a monthly cell phone allowance provided through payroll.
