About The Position

Threekit is seeking an Implementation Consultant to build and support customer configurators, CPQ flows, and integrations on the Threekit platform. The role combines hands-on development with client-facing consulting on implementation projects and managed services accounts. It adds early-career delivery capacity to the Consulting team, with a path to Implementation Consultant and Solution Architect. This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of the Chicago office. Threekit is the Channel Sales Platform for Complex Products, providing a configure-to-quote workflow for channel selling. The company helps manufacturers make complex products easier to buy and sell through systems they already trust. Its core values are GRIT: Getting Things Done, Revenue, Innovation, and Team. The role builds and updates configurator front ends, configuration rules, and pricing logic using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Threekit APIs, working from specifications written by Solution Architects. The consultant participates in customer discovery calls, demos work in progress, communicates status and risks, delivers project work, troubleshoots reported issues, documents fixes, shares client friction and edge cases with product and engineering teams, and tracks time against client projects. The position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Consulting. The recruitment process includes an initial Cognitive Assessment, conversations with key stakeholders, and a live technical exercise. The role includes approximately 15% travel to client sites as required.
