About The Position

ADP is hiring an Implementation Consultant to carry the client relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between ADP’s largest clients and its payroll and HR solutions. The consultant builds client relationships and implements ADP technologies to support long-term client success. The role includes partnering with clients to understand their business needs, analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and guiding clients toward suitable ADP solutions. The consultant uses Human Capital Management knowledge to design and build complex solutions for enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Success requires building rapport and trust, communicating clearly by phone and in writing, and delivering strong client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in Recruiting or implementing Applicant Tracking Systems.
• At least 1 year of business consulting experience.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
