About The Position

As an Imaging Specialist for Access, you will help deliver a strong customer experience to clients. The role involves preparing, indexing, scanning, and quality-checking client documents, along with maintaining and processing physical assets stored in the records center. The position handles confidential documents and uses third-party software and wireless scanning technology.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a service industry or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, index, and scan hard-copy records according to specific client requests.
• Upload scanned documents using third-party software.
• Perform quality checks on scanned documents, detect image errors, and determine their causes.
• Manually enter required fields for validation and verification.
• Prepare materials, tapes, and boxes containing confidential documents.
• Process incoming orders using wireless scanning technology.
• Maintain and process physical assets stored in the records center.
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the Supervisor.
