The role provides secure driver and identity credentials to customers in accordance with state laws and regulations. Specialists assist a diverse public, including issuing learner’s permits, converting out-of-state licenses, issuing driver licenses and identity cards, and administering examinations. The position requires friendly, patient, detail-oriented customer service and the ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently in a high-volume setting.
