About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking a friendly and motivated Hyper Wellness Representative to provide excellent customer service to guests. The representative is often the first person clients meet and helps them learn about Restore’s wellness services and achieve their goals in sports performance, pain management, recovery, beauty, and overall wellness. The role combines client service, appointment and point-of-sale tasks, administering non-medical and non-specialty services, and assisting with store operations.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
Availability to work weekends.
Hold or be working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills.
An interest in health and wellness.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional and courteous relationships with clients.
Answer phone calls and return voicemails.
Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in the point-of-sale system.
Check clients in and process their sessions through the point-of-sale system.
Greet customers and direct them to their chosen service.
Administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
Provide service tours and sell packages and memberships.
Complete opening and closing duties.
Maintain current knowledge of the modalities and products offered to support clients’ goals.
Educate clients about Restore modalities.
Assist with store operations, including cleanliness, laundry, customer lead outreach, community outreach, store events, and social media efforts.
