About The Position

Coyne & Associates is hiring a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to provide behavior-analytic supervision through a combination of remote supervision and in-person field visits. The role offers up to 60% remote supervision, manageable caseloads, and support from a dedicated scheduling team. The position is with a BCBA-owned organization of approximately 300 employees that provides hands-on technician training and ongoing mentorship.

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Submit a transcript showing a Master's degree and BCBA certification.
• Complete BACB Supervisor Training and maintain 3 hours of supervision continuing education units each cycle.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills, and the ability to manage a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage time, and work independently with minimal oversight.
• Submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
• Keep TB testing and BLS training up to date.
• Adhere to HIPAA and applicable safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Experience supervising children on the autism spectrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision through a combination of remote supervision and in-person field visits.
• Manage a caseload with a standard of 110 billable hours.
• Prepare reports and manage a team.
• Meet deadlines and manage time while working independently with minimal oversight.
• Participate in monthly team meetings.
