About The Position

Coyne & Associates is hiring a hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to provide supervision through a combination of remote work and in-person field visits. The role offers up to 60% remote supervision and a manageable caseload described as 110 Billable Standard. A dedicated scheduling team handles scheduling so the supervisor can focus on supervision. The position includes monthly team meetings, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Coyne & Associates is an approximately 300-employee, BCBA-owned organization with more than 20 years of experience.

Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB; applicants without current certification will not be considered.
Master’s degree; a transcript showing the degree must be submitted.
Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
Three hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
Strong communication skills and report-writing ability.
Ability to manage a team, meet deadlines, manage time, and work independently with minimal oversight.
Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
Current TB test and BLS training.
Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Experience supervising children on the autism spectrum is a plus.
