About The Position

Coyne & Associates is hiring a hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to provide a combination of remote supervision and in-person field support. The role allows up to 60% remote supervision and includes managing a caseload with a 110 billable standard. A dedicated scheduling team handles scheduling, while the supervisor focuses on supervision. The position includes monthly team meetings and access to ongoing mentorship and professional development.

Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Submit a transcript showing a Master's degree and BCBA certification.
Complete BACB Supervisor Training and maintain 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
Strong communication skills, report-writing ability, and team-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and meet deadlines.
Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities
