About The Position

Coyne & Associates is hiring a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to provide supervision through a blend of remote work and in-person field visits. The role allows up to 60% remote supervision and involves supporting children and their teams while maintaining a manageable caseload. A dedicated scheduling team handles scheduling so the supervisor can focus on supervision. Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB; applicants without current certification will not be considered.
Submit a transcript showing a master's degree and BCBA certification.
Complete BACB Supervisor Training and maintain three hours of supervision continuing education units each cycle.
Demonstrate strong communication and report-writing skills and the ability to manage a team.
Be able to work independently with minimal oversight and meet deadlines.
Submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff and support service delivery through a combination of remote supervision and in-person field visits.
Manage a caseload with a standard billable expectation of 110.
Write reports and manage a team.
Meet deadlines and manage time while working independently with minimal oversight.
Adhere to HIPAA and applicable safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
Maintain current TB testing and BLS training.
