About The Position

Leaky's is expanding into Midland/Odessa and seeks an HVAC technician to serve existing customers and help establish and grow the company's operation in the market. The role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing company, take ownership, and potentially advance into leadership, with support from the established Lubbock and San Antonio teams.

The technician will diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and rooftop units. The role also involves providing customers with repair options and estimates, documenting jobs in Service Titan mobile software, maintaining the company vehicle and equipment, and delivering strong customer service. The technician will work independently and contribute to building the Midland/Odessa operation.

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC service and repair technician.
• EPA certification.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Residential and commercial HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial refrigeration experience.

Responsibilities
