About The Position

New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated, dependable HVAC Install Helper to learn the trade while supporting experienced installers on residential job sites. The role is suitable for someone starting out, and no previous HVAC experience, EPA certification, or personal tools are required. The employer provides hands-on training and mentorship while the employee learns how heating and cooling systems work and develops practical skills. Responsibilities

• Help experienced installers set up and install heating and cooling equipment.
• Assist with carrying, loading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learn to install ductwork and other HVAC components.
• Prepare job sites and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow instructions and learn proper tool use and safety procedures.
• Work with teammates to complete jobs efficiently and correctly.
• Treat customers and coworkers with respect and professionalism.
• Ask questions, accept feedback, and build skills through hands-on experience.
• Help maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
• Take on additional tasks while learning and growing in the role.
