About The Position

AAA Service Network is a residential service company specializing in electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you will support licensed technicians and installers in setting up and installing heating and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses while developing hands-on trade skills. This field-based role involves daily travel to residential and commercial job sites. Work may take place indoors, outdoors, in confined spaces, or in varying weather conditions. Evening, weekend, or overtime work may be required depending on project schedules. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand and power tools.
Willingness to learn HVAC installation practices and safety protocols.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Enrollment in or interest in an HVAC apprenticeship or trade school program.

Responsibilities

Assist HVAC installers with the setup, installation, and replacement of HVAC systems, including ductwork and wiring.
Prepare tools, materials, and work areas; perform basic measuring, cutting, drilling, and assembly tasks under supervision.
Follow blueprints, schematics, and project instructions from senior technicians, ensuring work meets building codes and safety regulations.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, and document work performed and time logs as required.
Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
Participate in training and safety meetings to develop HVAC trade knowledge.
