About The Position
New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated, dependable HVAC Install Helper to begin learning the HVAC trade. No previous HVAC experience is required; the company will teach the right candidate. The helper will work alongside experienced installers, learn how heating and cooling systems work, and gain hands-on experience on residential job sites. The role is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning, and working as part of a team, with opportunities to develop trade skills and pursue a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

- Reliable transportation to job sites and a valid driver's license, if required for the position.
Responsibilities
- Help experienced installers set up and install heating and cooling equipment.
- Assist with carrying, loading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
- Learn how to install ductwork and other HVAC components.
- Help prepare job sites and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow instructions and learn proper tool use and safety procedures.
- Work alongside teammates to complete jobs efficiently and correctly.
- Treat customers and coworkers with respect and professionalism.
- Ask questions, accept feedback, and build skills through hands-on experience.
- Help maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
- Take on additional tasks while learning and growing in the role.
