Fox Service Company, a Southern Home Services company, is hiring a dynamic HVAC Field Supervisor for a business that emphasizes work-life balance.

The HVAC Field Supervisor oversees and manages the daily operations of HVAC teams in the field. The role supervises and guides HVAC technicians and installers to ensure effective and efficient HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs. The supervisor coordinates schedules, manages job assignments, and ensures adherence to safety standards and company policies. The position is intended to optimize team performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve departmental goals.

The physical requirements include lifting, climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work. Work takes place in indoor and outdoor environments, including attics and crawlspaces, and may involve extreme temperatures and adverse weather such as rain or snow.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of lead residential HVAC installation experience.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• TDLR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a strong dedication to quality.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to interact professionally with people at all organizational levels and manage diverse situations.
• Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving and adapting to changing environments.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, climbing, driving, working in tight spaces, and using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the installation, addition, or replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Direct and streamline daily operations, including scheduling, job assignments, and workflow management, to optimize team performance and service delivery.
• Oversee and approve purchases of equipment and repair parts, ensuring materials meet company standards and project requirements.
• Supervise and guide HVAC technicians, providing support, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development and maintain high service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
