About The Position

Southern Home Services, through Fox Service Company, is seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of residential HVAC field teams. The role supervises and guides technicians and installers carrying out HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs, and coordinates schedules and assignments while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. The supervisor helps optimize team performance, customer satisfaction, and departmental results.

Responsibilities include managing residential HVAC system installations, additions, and replacements; organizing daily workflows and job assignments; overseeing equipment and repair-part purchases; and supporting, training, and evaluating HVAC technicians. The position involves indoor and outdoor work in settings that may include attics and crawlspaces, as well as exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of lead residential HVAC installation experience.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• TDLR Certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a strong dedication to quality.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to interact professionally with people at all organizational levels and manage diverse situations.
• Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving and adapting to changing environments.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues effectively.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing ladders, accessing attics and crawlspaces, driving, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine-detail work.

Responsibilities
